This was a good podcast. I agree with your points on the CES, I've never really ever followed it. Concepts are lovely, but until it's actually available, it may as well be in a bubble.

w00t to have things about Green Gadgets! Although I really wish people would start considering the gadgets we already use and how to make them apply in a manner that changes wasteful habits. Making things out of recycled materials is creative, but finding ways to change the habits that makes us not eco-conscious is even cooler.

3D TV is just Novelty. People can barely afford HDTV's and now you want us to jump to 3D TVs? I hope that this fad dies a horrible death in the commercial world, just to prove you can't just make anything you want and hope people will buy it, that you have to design products that are practical.

I also enjoyed the discussion abotu Boxxee and the Popbox.. however, I can't see this targeting people that already have a TV, X-Box, Blu-Ray, Media Server, etc that are all capaable of many of these functions. It's kind of just asking for a ridiclious clutter of these people. However, for people who haven't gotten on the bandwagon, I think this is a really stellar idea. I could see buying one of these for my parents.
